How do I verify 20k gambling purchased e-mail list?

I got desperate and bought 20k gambling list but do not know how to verify them. I tried using mailchimp and mailjet but both accounts got suspended.
Does any body know a web based site that accepts purchased emails for e-mail marketing. The list is 2 months old. HELP!
