Well, it looks like you need to add url's of forums to the .txt file, then upload all the files to your server and open the main.html and type a comment and it will auto post to the forum url's you loaded.

you need to find as many link as you can(of course blog), put it in the link.txt(if i am not mistaken). upload all the file to you hosting and use it.
