How do i use telegram to grow my community?

I already have a Facebook group and page, also have an instagram page and a Youtube channel. However, i don't understand how telegram can be used to boost these communities or atleast benefit my youtube channel, my goal here is to create a promote my channel using other platforms but i'm having a hard time understanding how telegram fits in.

Telegram is a good option to expand your community but it should be used as a secondary option. Because telegram itself needs internal promotion so that people join your telegram community. In my opinion you must use Facebook, twitter etc. to promote your community of telegram

Run small contests, sweepstakes or games or Link to your other social media outlets.
