How do I use scrapeBox? safe way?

Hi I just bought this scrapebox program. I want to push a few of my keywords for a site that I own. what is the best way to do this with scrapebox? should I make 2.0 sites with backlinks and then do scrapebox on the 2.0 sites? Im new to this SEO method if anyone has any input it would be great..Thanks

I'm new into SB too but it's the best way to deal with it! Don't blast your money site directly, and check out the forum there's tons of topics related to this tool. Hard luck

Yes make a bunch of web 2.0s like social bookmarks, tumblr, squidoo lens, etc pointing to your main site and run a SB blast on these properties.
