How do I use proxies, have access to many!

I am not sure how to use proxies. I have access to many fresh proxies but I'm unsure on how to correctly use the proxy so that it appears that the proxy server is the one taking the action.

I just got a google group poster and want to make sure that I use the proxy servers correctly so that I don't run into any trouble.

I thought that there was a way to do this in IE?

Also want to know if anchorfree*com a free downloadable application is any good?

Also how do I verify that am in fact using the proxy to run my google groups poster bot and not my IP?

One last question, how often do I need to change my proxy for something like this?

Hope that aint yull real pic. I think sharing with the people who are new and do not know how to find things always helps. Go back to when you didn't know so much if it's possible for you.

I think posting the same answer over and over again rather than encouraging people to search for it on their own, knowing full well that the answer is in plain view in the same area they posted the question to, is a better effort.
