How do I use creative commons videos?

So, how do I use the cc videos on Youtube? You can't dl and reupload the videos legally, right, because it's against YT terms of service? Or am I confused?

Just curious how I can use all these cc videos.

CC doesn't mean that you can re upload them out right. you have to add something valuable.

Don't do it. You can't trust those videos anymore because the majority of them (at this point) are just normal videos, re-uploaded by Youtubers as creative commons. The best way to do it, is to create your own videos.
