How do I use a fb ad voucher?

I was trying to get answers here but no one is answer this.
I want to buy fb ad voucher but want to know the steps in using it with new accounts.
Do I need proxies to use the new account and voucher?
If so, could I use the proxies with new accounts on another day? Example proxy 1 using with 1 account and 1 voucher and after 5 days use the same proxy but for another new account and voucher.
Could my ad be from another user fanpage? Will they ask?
And how many new accounts could I use with one proxy?
