How do I trust/buy something from a (Seller does not accept returns) ?!

You need to understand how this whole eBay thing works. I recently purchased an iPhone 11 for my mom's birthday and it was a faulty phone. Luckily they accepted returns and I returned the faulty iPhone to them. It was such a hassle and I received the refund after like 15 days.
So, basically, those who are not running a business on eBay usually don't accept returns because they know that their item is working fine. On the other hand, the businesses accept returns because they purchase the items from someone else and then sell them on eBay.
I would prefer buying from individuals accepting no returns than buying from businesses who accepts returns. The other thing is that you must always check reviews. If an individual seller has got positive reviews, you might want to give it a try.

Man most of sellers really tired from refunds, each time customer violates the instructions or gets banned through his own fault or for example Facebook and asks for a replacement and of course sellers cant change u it because otherwise they will go to a loss. But unfortunately there are many people who send refund requests even after receiving accounts thereby trying to scam.
Well my advice here use legit sellers and test each of them, try to find the best quality (if you really think there is such a thing haha)

I know some sellers with no return but they are the best guys I have worked with, I check the reviews and start with a little purchase and test the waters. Some of them are hidden goldmines . Bad or no reviews, test or find another guy. No returns is not always the guy sometimes it’s the product

OP, you've posted in the Ebay section, so I assume it is a seller on Ebay that you are referring to. Ebay's Money Back Guarantee in ToS ensures you will be refunded if you return an item that didn't match its description, or arrived defective or damaged. Hence, no matter what the seller mentions to you or in the product description, the seller is bound by Ebay's ToS (terms of service).
However, Ebay does not offer protection on digital items, but Paypal does and Paypal is available as a mode of payment in Ebay. However, please kindly do not raise a dispute if the seller's product is received by you in good condition and matches product description.
