Hello guys, please i have a paypal fund that was withheld for long time. Now i can withdrawn it. Am asking what app or website can i use to transfer it. Where i am currently i can't get a bank account. What are my options please. I really need the fund to run a few project. Thanks

Depending on your country you can withdraw it to a card I think.
If not do you not know someone who can sort out a bank account for you.
Make sure you trust this person.

You can withdraw PayPal funds using Payoneer, Binance P2P, or Wise.
If Payoneer or Wise doesn't work, try selling PayPal funds via P2P exchanges.
Check local online marketplaces for trusted exchangers in your country.
