How do I transfer my AMR database?

Just put AMR on a VPS and I have no clue how to transfer my existing database with all my author accounts and ok'd directories to the new AMR.

I sure as hell dont want recreate everything from scratch.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The database is stored in the user / local roaming / article marketing robot directory.

There are tutorials on the AMR forum on how to back this up and copy it over.

Your imported directories are stored separately in a txt file called 'siteslist' or something, I can't remember. But you can pretty much copy the entire working directory over and it will work.
