How do I track a facebook conversion as an outbound link click?

I want the facebook pixel to track a particular link click on my website as a conversion. What is the best way that I can do this on Wordpress?

You will need to ensure that Facebook Pixel is installed on your website. To do this, go to open your Ads Manager on
Facebook and under the section ̈Events Manager ̈ you will find the option to install Facebook pixel either manually or email
the instructions to your developer.
