You can cloak it with tools like Bitly or use your own domain with a redirect—it looks clean and ad-safe.

You cloak it and try using link shortening tools. I see a lot of people using that method.

Use a custom domain with a clean redirect (like domain.com/go/product) to cloak the affiliate link—looks normal and ad-safe.

you can buy a new domain and 301 redirect it to your affiliate link
