how do i submit react on ads on craigslist without being marked as spam?

I scraped ads and sent them all emails but i guess i got blocked somehow because i got no reaction at all. And it seems a bit hard to believe that they all dont need the thing they have all requested so far. So i guess my messages has been blocked by them.

Is there any email software which I can use with proxies and different emails ? or any other suggestion?? help would be much appreciated! thanks!
