how do i stop getting spammed

me and my mates set up our own social network site just skimming a programme, but we are getting spammed massivly. althought it makes our stats and hits look good but how do i find out how to stop it
 
Advertise on BHW
yeah i no but ive given up trying to stop them any more lol
 
Don't display email addresses, and add capcthas. This may not stop it but it will at least slow them down.
 
yes i no we all need it for seo but its annoing when its when its happening on a massive scale on a small insignificant network. Never mind hey

Search engines don't crawl backlinks which are behind logins.

Hope you get my point..!
 
no youve lost me mate thats above my Tech knowledge! Our siteis a platform that you simply make your own and the band with etc is all theres as they slap sponsered ads on it. i have only just joined black hat and i have limited knowledge about seo i understand people are usin it to advertise thinking that they may get business and get links to help there ratings but dont understand how you mean i should or can stop them with the log in????
