How do I start a movie streaming website in 2020 ??!!?

Hello! I'm a newbie to this forum and this is my first thread.
I'm planning of starting a movie streaming website and I need some good opinions for the following.

• A good offshore host
• VPS requirements ( Bandwidth, Bandwidth speed, ram, CPU cores, storage )
• wordpress or web script (any wp themes or web scripts that you suggest )
• where to store and stream the movies ( self hosting or 3rd party hosting )
• Monetizing methods

Topic related tips and tricks would help too.
