In wordpress there are some plugins which can help you out in customizing auto post amazon site.

ive tried most of them and can never get any of them to work. alot of them dont accept my amazon codes and i know they work

It's funny you asked. I actually have a guy who made a script for the exact thing your looking for. Him and I collaborated on getting it together. The one thing that we had issues with was the fact that when people ordered, they would receive the amazon box in the mail, and probably be confused and never come back. This would create a customer retention issue. We never figured that problem out to be honest, but we didn't really put much time brainstorming ways around that.

You would be able to import whole categories of products at once from amazon, individual products, etc. He developed the extension a month or two ago. It isn't available to the public, but regardless, I am sure it would be an expensive script to buy from him.

i had wp robot for autoblogs before but the amazon stuff didnt work, it sounds stupid but several plugins wont do amazon for me. i think its just old now anyway and theres no support but i didnt buy it
