How do I split ad earning's between 3 people??

I got 3 different people working on a monetized blog with me...what the easy way to split ad profit?? can they just apply for adsense,etc. and put ads from their account along with mine on the one website?? Make Sense?? Sorry if I sound Nooby, I promise Im a lil past being one...

if you will add different ad codes, you will not able to place all your three's code on highest CTR location on your website obv. and if you share different space banners, earnings will be different. you worked equal or not, just use single Adsense and divide the amount as per the work.
 
was the quistion becouse the total come up , un equal and two ppl seem to get less or more then the last one?

in that case put the un equal to a charity
 
Divide by 3, then add 20% for your share for being in charge

wordpress has plugins that rotate ads. everyone has their own adsense account with their own ad that gets rotated.

Wow...I really appreciate this info!! Its exactly what I needed...I knew there had to be a system built for the situation!! People are funny and I laughed in hopes I was just waiting on the right response...I thought what was real funny was how everybody was so original with the jokes...Use a calculator and divide by 3, lol
