How do I solve this Nightmare!

Hi everyone, I have a PBX phone system hosted in the cloud for my agency, and it's been a nightmare getting a SIP trunk provider for it since I am outside the USA. I was wondering how much it would cost me per month to rent one here, and if there are any providers (Twilio, VoxTeleses—preferably Twilio). Please point me in the right direction if you know anyone who provides the service onsite. Thanks.
post edit, I reckon alot of people dont know what a pbx is so I would make my post easier to understand. WHERE DO I RENT A TWILIO ACCOUNT ON BHW?

HAF = Hire a Freelancer

You can’t officially “rent” Twilio accounts—doing so violates their TOS and risks shutdown. Instead, set up your own verified Twilio account (VPN + proper docs if outside the U.S.). If you still need help, look for BHW sellers offering SIP trunk setup or Twilio integration services, not rented accounts. Much safer long-term.
