How do i skip past the sales copy?

I want to test selling clickbank books on ebays classified ads and put the whole sales page on there and have the buy it now button on the classified ad going straight to the payment page?

Anyone know how to send the traffic from my ad straight to the payment page?

You would want to find out their 'payment' URL.. It's in this format:

#.vendor.pay.clickbank.net

To find out the product number you would have to visit the sales site and monitor with something like LiveHTTPHeaders. Some vendors just directly link, others use redirects.

Here you go Clutterbuck, although ask the seller if you bcan buypass his sales page first, or be careful as if the seller isn't happy about this Clickbank will not pay you.

1: The product number (this is normally 1 but you'll need to double-check by going to complete a transaction and seeing which item number is listed in the address bar - IMPORTANT!)
xxxxx: Your ClickBank ID (don't forget the underscore)
yyyyy: The Merchant/Seller ID

Also, try in out and make sure your affiliate link is passing through to the checkout page.

You could also cookie stuff as well?

That will not pass your affiliate ID properly.
The cookie must be set by their 'hop' system.
He could stuff the hoplink with an img tag , then redirect to the pay form.

Has anyone done this? used ebay to get affilate commisson?
Even with cpa's too?

Well, the sales page still carries the affiliate id correctly, because i just checked, so i can't see what the problem is? Maybe i'm missing something because i seem to be cookied and i'm certainly seeing my id as the affiliate on the payment page as well. Meh.

I've used this method before and it works. I cleared my cookies and then clicked the link. The affiliate ID shown at the bottom of the Clickbank order page was mine.

I went ahead and produced my own salespage that had better ad copy than the vendor's salespage and used the linking structure as outlined above. I was not promoting that particular product any other way and I was earning commissions, so I know it works.

If I ever had a vendor complain about doing this, I'd just quit promoting his products. If he objects to me making him money, he's not worth dealing with.

I cleared all of my cookies for clickstank.com. I visited the pay link with my affiliate ID in there. I scroll to bottom, I see : [affiliate = none] ..
So I visit the hop link.. then I visit the pay link.. My affiliate was in there.

How do i skip past the sales copy?
