How do I silently spread ads and get paid?

I get a LOT of downloads through my software. I have the potential to spread ads on computers and get money. But I'm wondering where all these ad-generators are from. Like who are these suppliers? Where can I find them.

I ran something similar before...then I wanted more money and I blocked their desktop to complete an offer to unlock. Got a few police claims, I stopped

I don't want to work like that. I was just thinking having a few programs do a few ad replacement adwares and things like that. Not locking down computers and getting the police on you.
