How do I setup paid for membership in my phpbb script?

Ok... Some of you who are following this sub topic you would have guessed it that I have setup a forum and been getting awesome advice from people here . Now how can I setup a paid membership option? Do I add a mod in so I can get people to pay a monthly reoccurring fee when they register ?

Have you tried searching www.phpbb.com? I just had a look and the site looks like it is having problems.

Awesome thank you! My site is functioning ok but I'm getting a lot of spam and trying to figure out how to stop that
