How do i setup my banners in WP-script/Wordpress?

So i spent a few days scraping videos and hand picking ones i wanted to upload and i had a guy design some banner ads for my tube site. Now, how do i get these banners to appear on my page, so when people click on them they will be redirected to my offer?

Does anyone have a guide?
