Is there any wordpress plugin or guide which I can follow? I have a product to sell but have no idea how to create an affiliate dashboard, could someone help me out, please?

Don’t know if it’s still valid, but it’s worth the money.
Edit: Now I’m a bit confused about “Affiliate site” or an “Amazon Affiliate site.”

If i get you right, you have a product that you wanna sell on wp and also want to have an affiliate program withing your wp site huh?
If so check out the plugins shared by @Festinger There is an affiliate plugin there not the amazon 1 but a different 1 i tried installing and setting it up its almost pretty straight forward.

if you have your own product you can easily sell it on clickbank affiliate marketers will help you to sell your product or you can make couple of affiliate marketers friend because they will help you to grow because they also know how to sell any products
