I am setting up an authority website and like the structure of WebMD and MayoClinic with regards to the structure of the site and health conditions. I already have everything started but am not sure on how to structure the categories, pages, posts, etc.

For example, how would I set up a structure like Heart Conditions > Heart Attacks
Where the "Heath Conditions" link would show all the relevant conditions under it? Would this be just a category link? A page?
Would my "Heart Attacks" link be a page? A post?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

You can set up subcategories, is that what you're asking about? Or do you just want a page where you list out all the types of heart conditions?

Use custom category wordpress plugins and make an excel sheet for plan.

For some things I might want a page listing all the conditions. Yes I guess I need subcategories, but if users click on the category (eg: Heart Conditions) what will show up? Ideally I would want a page that shows subcategories or articles in the subcategory (eg: heart attacks, angina, atrial fibrilation - these are all heart conditions).
