How do i set up SMS marketing?

Hi Guys,

Among with building my email list i have also build a huge list of cellphone numbers from European countries.

I was thinking about experimenting with sending out affiliate offers pr. SMS.

Does anyone now if there are any tools, where i can just purchase a simcard with a SMS-flatrate, put it in a simcard reader/connect the phone to my copmuter and then start mass texting.. Or is it more complicated than that?
