How do I set up GTM for pages with get parameters?

We have a link on the web page (download software), how to count the download events by button click - I know. But I want to get to know the quantity of installation. After installing process, users redirect to the web page with get parameters. So, I want to track these pages as a confirmation of installation. How I can do that?
