How do i send bulk mail 1k+ daily?

Hello BHW,
Being trying to explore email marketing, currently i have a way of scraping emails of potential customers via social networks, but i need a software that can verify and send emails (into inbox) with opt in forms so people can also subscribe and i get analytics...
For Email Verification;
I am currently looking at verias.com (service website)

I used to scrape emails from Twitter, fb, gplus, Reddit and more. I had literally millions. I quickly realised that it's not sustainable due to spam reporting.

But there are people who does send emails they scraped out

1. online services like Madmimi Aweber Getresponse ...etc , will not allow you to import scraped emails , even if do will ban you in the end , so forget that option .
2. you could use desktop applications to verify and send bulk emails , but need good experience and knowledge to inbox 95+% rate , you need socks proxies as well (paid ) .......
