If you mean online coupon codes typically you have an affiliate website that people come to, get the coupon code are redirected to the store.You place your affiliate code in the link and get a % of the sale.

I've seen a lot of coupon sales on eBay. Really depends on how good the coupon is though.

As the post above me stated, I've seen many people sell coupons and vouchers on eBay. Try eBay or an e-commerce platform and see what works best for you.
