How do I sell a local service sales funnel?

I have a landing page off some course.

I have 5 local dentists in my city all using a variation of my sales funnel, paying $200 per lead for free teeth whitening.

It gets about 11 conversions per week at $200/ea, so assuming a margin of 90%, its making 1k per day or 4k per month.

My time is very much nil. I run Facebook ads.

If a person leaves, I go to kudu.io to get one quick.

A patient in the office is better than no patient in the office. They all get a dental exam, which might make them want to be a patient that pays 1-2k per year to the practice.
 
What exactly is your question here? Are you trying to sell the site itself to someone another IMer, trying to sell the site to a dentist, or trying to sell only the leads while you retain ownership of the site?

I think this was an attempt to try and ask what I should do with it.

Yeah, its for brides-to-be. Nothing says keep up with Mrs. Jones than to look hotter than her on your wedding day.

I’m mean you’re fine. You have a decent theme but your website cluttered and unfinished.

Personally, I would get rid of most of those pages because if you’re being honest about your business your don’t really use your site to convert traffic, you just use it to build yourself as an authority. Keep it simple, keep people wondering about your services, and emphasize case studies.
