How Do I Sell a Domain Offline?

Hello,

I have grabbed various expiring/auction domains of law firms, doctors, fitness trainers etc. And most of these businesses are alive and in business. I called a couple of them and asked them for their email adress and they still gave me the address of the domain I own.

Now the problem is how do I sell them these domains? I am from the 3rd world so all I can do is hire somebody to call them or mail them a few letters. Has anybody here tried this method? If yes can you help me out?

I am in need of funds right now and thought of using these domains to get some.

I would imagine that it would be much easier to sell if you throw up a quick site, and rank it for some easy keywords. I.e., if you have a doctor website, find out what specialty the site is..find a US zip code close to a metro area, then rank for that term. So, if you have a surgeon site, and you want to attack the detroit, mi metro area, rank the site quickly for this term: "surgeons 48331". 48331 is the zip code of farmington hills, a suburb of Detroit. Next, call all the surgeons in the area close by, and tell them you have a site ranking for a zip code close to them, with the domain. Then, sell it as a package. Hell, you could even get an SEO client out of the deal.

Go to meetups, there are a lot of people that want to do business.
