how do i revive a page?

hello, i have a 15k comedy page that i got from a friend

the engagement was bad to start with, it was averaging about 400 likes per post, this was around 3 months ago and now when i upload, i get about 150 likes only or maybe 200. could anybody help me with the process of reviving it? i am posting around every 3 hours too and im making sure that i stay active. Also this page has a very good username

- The first thing I'd do is to post some interactive pics like "tag someone who../tag that friend who../like if you agree.."
- ABSOLUTELY don't buy fake likes/comments as they're easily recognizable, and this would make your account looking like sh*t

All the other strategies are easy to imagine..... like and comment random people pics, better if they're a little bit famous (20k-50k followers) and in the comedy niche too
