How do i reupload youtube video without downloading

I would like to know any method or tool use in reupload a video on YouTube to my YouTube channel by just getting the link. I need it to upload like 10+ video at a go. Thanks

you would have to program it yourself, because something like this doesn't exist jet (i think)
uploading a video with the content comming from youtube itself is kinda impossible, but if you want to make it efficient,
you can redirect the download file stream straight to youtube back, so you do not actually have to save the whole video on your harddrive
