How do I report thieves

I've recently seen an autoblog stealing my articles... The blog has got a backlink to my site, but then again I don't like it...

I have a backlink "comment" which goes to their site and each of their spinned article they got a backlink to the "original" article...

Can I benefit from this or should I better report this to his host to get em banned?

put ads in the middle of your articles.

I find it very weird... It's a pretty good spin, it doesn't only spin the words but also the whole structure... it's like a manual spin but I doubt it. Well that's free backlinks anyways isn't it.

I'm still amazed that the posts he steals are so good spinned/ re-written... But he stole my picture (from SXC is free anyways)... but If it would've been me I wouldn't have put the original post backlink on it... Why does he do that...

Now I have under my similar post a Comment which leads to his website... Should I keep that one or remove it aswell for my own good?

Dude look to see is he has put a =rel canonical

If it's a good spin, what has he actually stolen from you? He looked at your article and rewrote it then linked to you. You don't think every newspaper actually has a reporter on site right? They all read the AP stories, then rewrite them with an emphasis on their local market.

If you could figure out if his server IP address is the same IP scrapping your site you can always try to block that IP.
