Possibly it isn't compatible with the newer Firefox. You may need to uninstall firefox and re-install an older version. Or you might go to your Start Menu and find the listing for Roboform and click "Roboform Task Bar". That should activate it.
Also, one thing you should know is that there is a file in your "My Documents" folder called "Roboform Data". Always be sure to save a copy of that on a CD or external flash drive. That is the file that contains all of your login/password data that Roboform uses.
Also, if the issue is your Firefox version isn't compatible with the newer version, 99% of the time it'll actually still work with your new version of Firefox. Install something called "Nightly Tester Tools". This add-on has a feature called "Force Install" which forces Firefox to install the extension even if the version doesn't match up.
Wiz you where right it wasn't compatible with FireFox 3.6 & I useded his recommendations about installing Nightly Tester Tools to force the install
& it worked.
