try with the below steps ..
- On the site, select Settings, and then select Site settings. If you don't see Site settings, select Site information, and then select View all site settings.
- Under Search, click Search and offline availability.
- In the Reindex site section, click Reindex site.
- A warning appears, click Reindex site again to confirm. The content will be re-indexed during the next scheduled crawl.

Where you found this?
OP - in GSC you will see at top "Inspect any URL in....".
Put your URLs there and in next window you will see "Request indexing".
It lets as i remember good up to 10 URLs daily.

Here are the steps for reindexing,,
- Log on to Google Search Console (opens in a new tab).
- Choose a property.
- Submit a URL from the website you want to get recrawled.
- Click the Request Indexing button.
- Regularly check the URL in the Inspection Tool.
