I recommend Cloudflare CDN, and turn on an 'Argo' option, which speeds up the server response time even more. You'll be surprised!
Use Cloudflare free plan. Enable minifying of css,js,html & enable rocket loader in it.
In WordPress use wp rocket caching plugin.
I increased google page speed of my website yesterday from 15 to 50+ using this method.
And move to other host ASAP from shitty namecheap which is only good for domain buying.

Honestly, move to a better host. That is your best option if you want to improve speed further. Whether or not thats worth doing really depends how slow your site is on the existing host - don't get TOO caught up on those speed tests, go by the real world performance, and usability, of your site.

2. Use BunnyCDN with their new Perma-Cache function on ALL regions.
3. Use a FAST theme like GeneratePress.
4. Optimize your WordPress website.
5. Use ShortPixel for image optimization.
I have one website where I have this config on a $3 per YEAR webhosting with coupon (LiteSpeed Webserver) combined With LiteSpeed Cache and it has with very small adjustments greate results in both Google Insights and a 99/100 on GtMetrix.
You need to optimize your website.

Correct - $5/month generally, plus some small fees if you exceed monthly limit.
