How Do I Re size This Picture For A Banner On Wordpress!

I've got a picture I'm trying to re size that's 1024x526 to my
wordpress banner size which should be 468x60 I've tried
photoshop & when I do it's blurred.

download a free tool called.... "paint.net"

open up the image... and in the header menu... there is a "resize button".... just put in the thingys you want.

Otherwise youtube it.. its more than likely that someone has made a video on how to do it.

You can change the image size whatever you required in paint with resize option.

It's free and you can save to any format.
The trouble you are having with the blurring is
because you are not keeping your aspect ratio.
