How do I put ads over a flash player?

Hi

I have some flash games on a site that I want to put an ad over (on a timer). I just want to cover the flash player with an ad or a trailer.
I do not have access to the decompiled flash source. Just the swf files. Can anyone tell me, or direct me elsewhere, to a solution? Much obliged.

Look into z-index. However, depending on how the games are loaded into your site, you still may have issues...

ok what you need to do is look into DIV overlays then you when you get the div overlay. I have a script that I dl for free somwhere. If you want it I can give it to you. It has all the parameters you need to make the dive overlay overanything. And you can also tell it wether you want it to scroll or if you want to have an x to close it.

It uses a url so all you have to do is tie it to a url and then whatever is at the url will automatically appear in the overlay.

PM me if you want it. Its just a cut and paste script very simple. As I said you could find one online but I had a hard time tracking down one that worked for me and I got this one to work. Ok. Peace
