How do I push FB customers to my site?

I have seen the tagging of pictures and adding URLs to it but is there any other ones?

Also if there is no other option but the tagging friends/URL thing, can someone explain how to do that?

I am looking at doing it myself or paying someone to push me Facebook traffic to a site. Hope to hear from someone soon
