How do I protect my startup idea perfectly?

Well, I believe you can learn from the past.

Every new idea made billions by building huge community around it. This is the good news about the internet, the first to come the first to dominate.

Youtube, Facebook, Google, Paypal, Twitter ...etc. They succeeded cuz their ideas went like fire in the field. Millions of traffic within months. So, if your idea is strong enough, and with a good marketing plan, it will spread very fast that it would be useless for anyone to copy it.

Of course they can and they will ( there are hundreds of websites like youtube ) and they do well, but nothing like YT.

So, this is what you should do, you should launch your idea, and make every single one know about it. This way everyone will know who is the real inventor.

To Conclude, your marketing strategy is the most important element, find out how you will spread the word, and how to get the most number of subscription (not buyers) as fast as you can.

Just get things done...

Ideas are like arseholes, everyone's got one. An idea is not worth shit until it's making money. You can find millions of ideas, but until one is bringing in $$$ why care about competition.

Nobody ever done it yet. If it running smoothly, this technology totally will change on how we "interact" with money. It will make every transaction on every area even in 3'rd country (people that selling street food), become cashless.
It will cut the transaction time too. I dont know.. it have hundred of functions inside on single app. But I start with 10 first, the core function.

If big company see this, they gonna clone it, pump million of money through marketing. And i'm left behind. :/

NDA is pretty much worthless, just means they can't disclose information before it's publicly known. They could still release a better version 5 minutes after you release yours though.
Get the designers to sign a non compete aswell. Obviously nothing to stop a big company stealing your idea and improving upon it but if that happens you'll of probably already made atleast a few mil anyway.

Intellect property law will help you to protect.
It's amazing nowadays to meet people with great ideas.
