First, what are you doing to get blocked? And where are you promoting your CPA?
For example, Email is ok for some CPA, and Whatsapp isn't.
So depending on what rules your CPA has you'll be safe by abiding to the rules.

So, I'm promoting on Facebook groups, Quora, and Reddit and I am putting my link in the comment (and I just spam it yk?) and I think that's the problem too...

Are you cloaking your links? Cloaking usually helps to dodge blocking at least for some time.
