how do I promote my AFF link?

I have signed up for https://www.capitalking.co/ and I need to learn how to promote my link on social media specifically, they have given me thousands of videos but I do not understand how I am supposed to go viral. Is quantity better than quality or should I be looking at another realm, cheers!
