Hello, I want to do email marketing, but the emails are going to spam, how can I solve this problem? All tips are very important

For that, I would suggest to clean your email list regularly, avoid using spammy words in your content, and also set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. Also, just make sure to use a good email service with a trusted IP to help improve delivery.

1. Build and Maintain a Clean Email List
Opt-in Only: Ensure that your recipients have explicitly opted in to receive emails from you.
Regularly Clean Your List: Remove inactive subscribers and invalid email addresses to maintain a healthy sender reputation.
Segment Your Audience: Target specific groups with tailored messages to improve engagement.
2. Optimize Email Content
Personalization: Use the recipient’s name and tailor the content to their interests to increase engagement.
Avoid Spammy Language: Refrain from using overly promotional language (e.g., "Free!", "Act Now!") or excessive punctuation (e.g., "!!!").
Use Plain Text and HTML: Include a plain text version of your email along with the HTML version to accommodate different email clients.
Balance Text and Images: Don’t rely too heavily on images; a good balance between text and images is important.
3. Ensure Technical Compliance
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC: Set up these email authentication protocols to help verify that your emails are legitimate.
SPF (Sender Policy Framework): Helps to specify which IP addresses are allowed to send emails on behalf of your domain.
DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail): Adds a digital signature to your emails to verify that they haven’t been altered.
DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance): Provides instructions to receiving mail servers on how to handle emails that fail SPF or DKIM.
4. Monitor Sender Reputation
Check Your IP Reputation: Use tools like SenderScore or Google Postmaster Tools to monitor your sending IP’s reputation.
Monitor Engagement Metrics: Keep an eye on open rates, click-through rates, and bounce rates. Low engagement can harm your deliverability.
5. Use a Reputable Email Service Provider (ESP)
Choose a Good ESP: Use a well-known ESP that has a good reputation for deliverability and provides the necessary tools for compliance.
Follow Best Practices: Utilize the features that your ESP offers, such as list segmentation, A/B testing, and engagement tracking.
6. Create a Clear Unsubscribe Process
Easy Unsubscribe Option: Always include a clear and straightforward way for recipients to unsubscribe. This can reduce spam complaints.
7. Frequency and Timing
Avoid Over-Sending: Be mindful of how often you send emails. Too many emails can lead to complaints and unsubscribes.
Timing: Find the right time to send emails based on your audience’s behavior and preferences.
8. Engage and Re-Engage
Engagement Campaigns: Use targeted engagement campaigns to encourage inactive subscribers to engage with your content.
Re-Engagement Strategies: Consider sending a re-engagement campaign to lapsed subscribers to see if they’d like to stay on your list.
9. Test Email Elements
A/B Testing: Experiment with different subject lines, content, and send times to see what resonates best with your audience.
10. Comply with Regulations
GDPR and CAN-SPAM Compliance: Always comply with email marketing regulations (like obtaining consent and honoring opt-outs).

Have more people move your Emails to inbox and mark them as important.

You need to prove that the emails you send are really coming from you.
To do that, you should properly set up technical settings like SPF, DKIM, and especially DMARC. These settings tell email providers (like Gmail, Outlook, etc.) that you're a trusted sender.
After setting up DMARC, you can use tools like the ones mentioned in this link to monitor if everything is working correctly:

you need to create a business email, with a professional name, that is one way, another tip is don't use excessive exclamation marks, all caps, or overly promotional language in your subject lines and body text, because it looks too spammy.
