How do I post up a fake FB Like count?

I see many BS sites with ridiculous amounts of likes on FB, 100k++.

How do they post these fake likes and make it look so real?

Load the like button in an iFrame and size the iFrame so that all you see is the Like button. Then position some text, or a fixed image, with fake Like count stats right next to it...
