How do i post our own affiliate program here?

My company is in the process of polishing the last details for affiliate system that we will be anxious to offer. I have read forum rules and it says that we need approval from moderator - who is not responding neither on skype or through PM's here. i dont want to post the listing and get banned ... anybody have an advice?

Patience is key here, mods are busy and sometimes it takes them a few days to respond to PMs.
