Will it be enough to just restart my router or do I need to buy proxies? How many google accounts can I make without phone verification? Will I get flagged if they notice all comments from new accounts?

I'd like to add around 10 comments to each of my 6 (current number) accounts on my YouTube channel to attract more audience.
I have already bought some subscribers, views and likes, I only need some comments to get this going.

What would be the simpliest, safest and quickest way to do that?

Nothing you’ve already done as well as what you’re now trying to do is a good idea by any means. You’re wasting time and money by using tactics that haven’t been worth it for years now.

Okay, thanks, I found some people willing to do it.

I have another question, does anyone know a reliable YT video likes vendor? I have purchased some, and the next day, YT deleted them.

I have searched the internet, found "5 most quality vendors", and they're all selling at least 100 likes per video, and I don't need that much. So, what do you think of the following plan: simply ask 10 friends and family members to like my videos, and also take a few old smartphones and connect with them to free Wi-Fi locations in my town and like the videos. Go to a few public libraries with free internet and like my videos. What do you think?

Make legitimate content and use brand accounts to like your own videos and comment if you don't need a lot of engagement. Don't be super aggressive.

Do people actually get banned for this? I have about 15 channels all I access from the same ip and like/comment on each other videos with all of them. I created all of them in 2014.
