Pick something you really like, that is high demand and most searches on daily basis on that specific niche.

Go for a niche that has both demand and monetization options. Look for topics you’re interested in, check if people are searching for them, and make sure there are ways to earn (ads, affiliate products, services). Evergreen areas like health, finance, and tech usually work well, but try to find your own angle.

Your first "blog" should be something you really enjoy doing because you will be learning
new tools and creating your blueprint for your future websites.
If you aren't having fun. you are doing it wrong.
Search on Youtube for "Authority Blog" and "Authority Site". You also need branding (for your trademark),
affiliate marketing, print on demand (for your merch), PLR - Private Label Rights so you have something
to give away to build your list, SEO - so your articles get indexed, Email - so you can market to your list,
social media so you can build your community and get traffic and product Launch so you can launch your
own product. That is the GOAL. "Produce Once, get Paid Forever"
Use these key words to search Youtube and WeLib.org to find books on these subjects.
The key is to build your list.
Without a list, you have no business, you only have self-employment
Without a list, you are building someone elses business.
Capture the customer - then it is YOUR business.
You should also be searching BHW and creating your own notes journal - cut and paste info from posts.
Don't rely on bookmarks you will never revisit. Grab the info now. BHW has the greatest marketing
minds on the planet. Store that info.

Do keyword research, check demand, competition, and monetization options before starting
Ahrefs has a feature that shows you the keyword CPC, but it’s paid though

skip “passion niche” advice. money blogs sit where demand + monetization overlap. check CPC on G, affiliate offers, evergreen traffic. health, wealth, relationships still king. micro down, but not dead-end. test w low-effort sites, double down once you see conversions not just clicks.

It's totally based on your interest, I think. I know you have some interest subjects that you know better than others, and if you work on them, as a blog. i hope you will do better perfomance than other. But you have to research about it and the market value for it because you want to make money.
