How do I pay Google to advertise my video?

I created a 30 minute long video.

I heard you can pay youtube to rank the video high at like 10$/1,000 views.
I'm interested in paying 30$ - 40$ for 3,000 - 4,000 views

You register with google adsense or youtube partner videos
 
They will boost your videos for real views but keep in mind they are overpriced.

I want to get real viewers, what is a good way to advertise my videos?
I am not interested in fake views, I want to advertise my video so I can get real viewers to my channel.

I am going to have budget of up to 500$/month.

I will also be doing GSA Ser with VPS, 2k fake views, 50 fake likes, 20 fake comments on each video.
Each video HD made by me good quality, with 500word description, good title and good tags. All videos 60fps 1080p.

I would suggest you to do website, rank website on your keyword, wait for organic traffic.
Second method is just do facebook campaigns. You will get cheap views from country 3rd world like 0,01 per view. If you need help to get free 50 $ on facebook ads, 75 $ free on Bing ads, and 100 $ on google ads(youtube) then hit me pm :D
 
Personally, you can manually build backlinks to your channel.
This is useful to add channels to your index with keywords and gain organic traffic.
