What you are describing is not "Laziness" it's a mixture of Complacency and Internet Marketing Fatigue (Burnout). If you're actually wanting to continue working on tasks, and your just talking yourself out of it everytime I would recommend you re-arrange how you prioritize things throughout your day, and fit this section of your life into hourly segments instead of "Work on it for a few days, and leave it". Remember it only takes 18 days to form a habbit and within 100-200 you can form a fully fleshed out routine.

If you do something enough, you will see it as second nature. If you enjoy watching anime, and you can devote 5 hours a day to it, sacrifice 2 of those hours, into your internet marketing so that you don't get overwelmed and maybe scale up the hours as time goes on.

I see this mistake happen far more often than you think, in every avenue of life.

With small steps, you can achieve the success. If something don't offer the wanted results, change the plan, but keep the goal.

Right down three reasonable goals and don't stop your day until you accomplish them. Do this every single day without fail and it will build into something great. Take it one day at a time.

1. Sleep well
2. Break down your tasks into small acheivable goals.
3. Look at your available hours and allocate these tasks well.
4. At the end of the day reward yourself with anything you feel like doing example watching a movie or simply lying on the bed binge watching youtube.

Take it easy buddy. We all go through these fatigue in IM and its a journey, we have our own ups and downs but life goes on in the end.

well i think its major procent if not all by your subconstient programing (mindset )
Succesful people who are productive ,work hard and work consistently they have good subconstient mind programs that suport them in achieving their tasks etc
On your side its the oposite ,they sabotage you .I speak from experience as i am also in your situation
To fix this you need to program your subconstient mind by using visualizations ,sugestion ,hipnose ,etc until you reset it from negative to positive
Watch motivational videos ,personal development ,create yourself a powerful desire and ask yourself :WHY ? if your why its not powerful you will not find enough motivation to work hard

Replace the phrase "laziness" with "procrastination"

Do any of the below fit your current situation.......I copied and pasted the below section

  • Prioritization of short-term mood (i.e., preferring to feel better right now even if this will lead to feeling worse later).
  • Task aversiveness (i.e., thinking a task is frustrating, boring, or unpleasant in another way).
  • Anxiety and fear (e.g., due to concerns over being criticized).
  • Feeling overwhelmed (e.g., due to having so many things to do that it’s unclear where to start).
  • Perfectionism (e.g., due to refusal to publish work with any flaws).
  • Disconnect from the future self (e.g., viewing the consequences of your delay as something that someone else will experience).
  • Delayed outcomes (e.g., due to discounting of rewards that will only be given in the far future).
  • Low motivation (e.g., due to low-value outcomes).
  • Expected effort (e.g., due to hard tasks).
  • Inertia (i.e., the tendency to keep doing what you’re already doing).
  • Abstract goals (i.e., ones that aren’t clearly defined).
  • Cognitive biases (e.g., being unreasonably pessimistic about your odds of success).
  • Time-management issues (e.g., failure to prioritize tasks).
  • Problematic traits (e.g., impulsivity).
  • Underlying behaviors (e.g., rebellion against an authority figure).
  • Underlying conditions (e.g., depression).
  • Low energy (e.g., due to lack of sleep).
  • Low capacity for self-control (e.g., due to exhaustion).
  • Problematic environment (e.g., one that’s filled with distractions).

If you answered yes to any of the above, look into solutions..........there are plenty of searchable actionable things you can do to improve your situation.......

Also.......start having a cold shower every day, improve sleep, better diet and regular exercise

Baby steps, trick the brain into thinking it's not making any major changes and go from there.........

eat better, less sugar, and stop using too much what distract you, even if you have the urge to do something besides your main goal just stop and continue focused, set working times, like 2 hours working 15 minutes break then go back to work, try to sleep early.

Money and learning new things related to what i work and love to do.

My goal is to become a billionaire in less than 20 years.

Now that's motivation.

Don't tell me that doesn't work for you...

Well, I can't help you over the internet. I want to make billion dollars, so I won't pretend to be an expert of everything. That'd ruin my reputation and kill some of my chances to become that person.

Consult a specialist like a psychotherapist and a psychologist who will guide you.
You can't get better than 1 on 1 help. It's just not gonna work on the internet. Go face to face with real people who can understand the root of your problems.

Of course you'll need to do all the analysis yourself and it will be years of figuring out, but do this with someone, so you don't get off track.

Lack of big goals and if goals are big, the path is unrealistic... it's hard to figure out solo. Better do it with a psychologist.

Succesful people who are productive ,work hard and work consistently they have good subconstient mind programs that suport them in achieving their tasks etc
Successful people get help from other people and aren't trying to be experts of everything.

They understand this is not their job to be psychologists and 3rd side observers of themselves.

They go to someone and let them observe instead of only depending on self-observation.

Stop trying to be perfect in every single step you think. This is how I rid of laziness.
See the result before you start the perfect version of it. (I'm a web developer)

Now I'm feeling better when I focus on being perfect on my work even if it takes more time to finish

1, set a clear goal: a clear goal allows you to clearly know what you want to do, which helps to improve your motivation. Break down the big goal into small goals, every small goal will have a sense of accomplishment, thus stimulating motivation.

2, make a reasonable plan: reasonable planning time, for each task to allocate a specific time period, follow the schedule, to maintain the consistency of the work. The plan should be as detailed as possible, including the starting and ending time of the task, location, completion criteria.

3, the establishment of self-discipline: to develop good habits of self-discipline, so that they can complete the task within the specified time. You can gradually improve your self-discipline by exercising your willpower and self-discipline.

4, maintain a positive mindset: mindset determines behavior, a positive mindset can help you overcome laziness. Learn to think positively, do not complain when encountering difficulties, and take the initiative to seek solutions.

5、Stimulate interest: find what you really love, combine interest with work or study, and improve your motivation. At the same time, to maintain curiosity about new things, try to develop in many ways, enrich their lives.

Overcoming laziness usually requires a multi-faceted approach, and if there is no improvement, it is recommended to consult a professional psychologist.

Smells like AI patterns...

Yeah and do more manual work instead of AI. :p

This will for sure stimulate creativity and make you feel satisfied with the outcome if it's actually something BIG and that can change your life.

You won't get motivated doing just any random thing. It doesn't work like that.

You need to do great things to feel great. ;)

Think of something that could help 50 million people and how you could accomplish that.

Hahahahaha, you're such a joker, but I agree with your suggestion.

Spend all your money and owe a ton of money. You'll get rid of laziness for good

If that doesn't make you please. Then there is no cure.
