How do I outsource?

Hey all,

I have a dilemma here. I want to hire a VA to send proposals from my account in upwork, but in the wrong hands I can get my account hacked/stolen/etc. There are a lot of options for VA's but I just can't trust anyone over the internet.

I had the idea to code a bot with which the VA will input the message and price but it will be quite cumbersome (without direct access to the account).

Has anyone done this and if so how do you deal with this?
